I've been diagnosed with 5mm kidney stones on both sides and I'm really looking to treat this without having to take tablets. Are there any alternative treatments or methods available for this situation?

Most stones that cause renal colic are small and pass out with the urine in a day or so. You should drink plenty of fluids to encourage a good flow of urine. Strong painkillers are often needed to ease the painuntil you pass the stone. No other treatment is usually needed.

I'm 28 and have been masturbating for over a decade. The last couple of days, I noticed that my penis isn't getting erect and it seems smaller than usual. What should I do about this?

I've been noticing that I get these small scars on the foreskin of my penis. They seem to heal pretty quickly, like in 2 to 3 days, but then they reappear especially after having sex. I'm kinda worried about this cycle. Any idea what's going on and how I can stop this from happening?
