I've been diagnosed with 5mm kidney stones on both sides and I'm really looking to treat this without having to take tablets. Are there any alternative treatments or methods available for this situation?

Most stones that cause renal colic are small and pass out with the urine in a day or so. You should drink plenty of fluids to encourage a good flow of urine. Strong painkillers are often needed to ease the painuntil you pass the stone. No other treatment is usually needed.

View allI'm really worried because the foreskin on my penis feels super tight. It can move down when my penis isn't erect, but once I get an erection, it just won't retract. When I try to push it back, it feels like it's going to tear because it can't stretch any more. I even tried pulling it down when not erect and then getting an erection with the foreskin already down, but it resulted in pain. What if this condition persists until I'm ready to have sex? Can you guide me on what to do?
Circumcision may be recommended by a healthcare provider. This is a minor surgical procedure where the foreskin is removed, and it is often an effective treatment for severe cases of phimosis. It is important to address this issue before engaging in sexual activity to prevent any potential pain or complications. If you have persistent concerns or the condition does not improve with conservative measures, I recommend consulting with a healthcare provider for further evaluation and management.

I'm looking at my semen analysis report and I'm a bit concerned about the results. It says my progressive motile sperm count is 30, non-progressive motile count is 25, and in total, the motile sperm count is 45. I'm wondering if these numbers are okay when trying to have a baby with my wife, or if I should be consulting a doctor to work on increasing that progressive motile count. Is a count of 30 generally good enough for us to conceive, or is there something I should be doing?
WHO standards place desired progressive motility count at 32%. Overall motility at 40%. It may be advisable to visit a sexual health consultant and obtain a more detailed treatment plan.

I've got a 5.5mm stone in my left kidney and I'm wondering if it's okay to take Urimax and Neeri tablets together. Will this help get rid of the stone?
Yes, you can take Urimax and Neeri tablets together. Urimax helps relax urinary tract muscles, easing stone passage, while Neeri supports kidney health. Along with these, drink plenty of water and consult your doctor for regular monitoring to ensure effective stone removal.
