I've been diagnosed with a labrum tear and I'm really worried about surgery is it always necessary? Are there other treatments or alternatives I could try first? Would love to know my options.

View allI have AVN stage 2 in my left hip and stage 3 in my right hip and getting conflicting advice from doctors - one says core decompression won't help at all and I'll need hip replacements eventually, another suggests core decompression with grafting might work but can't guarantee it, and a third is pushing for core decompression with stem cell therapy as the latest option but also with no guarantees. What's the best path forward when the opinions are so different?
physiotherapy and painkillers to manage your condition

I have a partial ACL tear from running and playing football and cricket. My MRI shows a partial tear at the femoral attachment of the ACL, some changes in the medial meniscus, bone bruising in the tibial condyles, and mild joint swelling with a popliteus muscle injury. Can physiotherapy help heal this without surgery or is surgery my only option
Partial ACL tears with meniscus and muscle injury can often be managed with physiotherapy; surgery is reserved if instability or pain persists.

I have a ganglion cyst and it doesn't really hurt much but I'm worried it might get bigger. Do I need surgery or can medicine or injections stop it from growing? What should I do about it?
A ganglion cyst that isn't painful may not require immediate treatment, but it's worth monitoring for any changes in size or symptoms. If it starts causing pain, hindering movement, or growing, options like aspiration (draining the fluid) with or without a steroid injection, or surgery to remove the cyst, may be considered.
