I've put undiluted Dettol on the top of my penis to clean it, and now it's swollen. It doesn't hurt much, but it's pretty uncomfortable. What should I do to make the swelling go down?

I'm 19 and have bilateral varicocele measuring 2.2 mm and 2.6 mm but I think it's getting bigger. I get occasional scrotal pain, no erections, and see a bunch of veins there. I don't want surgery because it might come back. Can homeopathy really help cure varicocele? What other options do I have?
