I've been diagnosed with rosacea about 5 months ago and I've been using lacto calamine lotion. The past few days I started putting coconut oil on at night because my skin gets pretty dry. My skin feels soft and there aren't any flakes, but I still get a few red patches when it's really humid. It's got me feeling pretty down and I'm wondering if I should just stick with what I'm doing. Also, does rosacea ever go away? I feel really depressed over this. What do you think?

View allI have several lipomas on my hand and really don't want to go through surgery to remove them Are there any other treatments or natural remedies that might help shrink or get rid of them
While surgical lipoma removal is the most common treatment, several non-surgical options and natural remedies can be explored. Non-surgical options include steroid injections, fat-dissolving injections (lipolysis), and other therapies like cryotherapy or ultrasound according to Marinas Clinic. Natural remedies like green tea compresses, flaxseed oil, and turmeric paste may offer some relief, but their efficacy is not as established as medical treatments

I've been taking doxycycline and lactic acid bacillus capsules for acne, 100 mg daily for a month now. But every time I take them, I get really dizzy and feel super weak. The nausea gets pretty bad, and I often have to lie down right away. Is this the right dosage for me? It doesnt seem normal to feel like this. What should I do?
Discuss these side effects with your prescribing doctor. In the meantime, you can try taking doxycycline with food to see if it helps reduce nausea. If the symptoms persist, your doctor may consider adjusting the dosage or switching to a different medication.

I've just turned 27 and I've noticed more and more white hair showing up in my beard. It's happening regularly and it's really starting to worry me. I'm not sure what's causing this or what I can do about it. Any ideas on what might be going on or any good solutions? I've even attached a couple of images for more context.
