I have several lipomas on my hand and really don't want to go through surgery to remove them Are there any other treatments or natural remedies that might help shrink or get rid of them
Answered by 1 Apollo Doctors
While surgical lipoma removal is the most common treatment, several non-surgical options and natural remedies can be explored. Non-surgical options include steroid injections, fat-dissolving injections (lipolysis), and other therapies like cryotherapy or ultrasound according to Marinas Clinic. Natural remedies like green tea compresses, flaxseed oil, and turmeric paste may offer some relief, but their efficacy is not as established as medical treatments

View allCould you help me out with something? I'm 9 months pregnant and was wondering if it's safe to use Melacare cream for fairness. I used it a couple of years ago and it worked wonders on my complexion. I'm really hoping to get that glow back, especially with the changes during pregnancy and soon-to-be lactation. Is it safe to start using it again now?
Yes, continue all the medications.

I'm worried because my face seems much darker lately. Can you recommend a good cream to help lighten my skin? I've heard there are some pretty effective options out there, and I'd love your expert advice on the best one to use for face whitening.

I'm really confused about my herpes situation. I found out I'm HSV1 igg positive but igm negative. Does this mean I might accidentally pass it to someone else, or am I safe because I've got some kind of immunity now? I'm just trying to figure out what this means for me and others.
Although you have developed immunity to HSV-1, you can still potentially transmit the virus to others through asymptomatic shedding and skin-to-skin contact, so it's essential to practice safe sex and disclose your status to sexual partners.
