I've been diagnosed with a seminal vesicle cyst and a prostate cyst, and as a result, my sperm count is currently at zero. I'm really hoping to find out if there are any medications that might cure this. If not, what other options might be available? Can you offer some guidance?

View allI'm experiencing something thats really concerning me. Sometimes, when Im urinating or just at random times, I notice sperm comes out unknowingly. And lately, Ive been feeling like I cant completely finish urinating, like it gets stuck halfway through if there's sperm. What could be causing this?
The involuntary release of sperm, also known as spermatorrhea, can be caused by various factors such as over masturbation, prostatitis, or urethral stricture; the sensation of incomplete urination may indicate a blockage or narrowing of the urethra; consult a urologist to rule out any underlying conditions and receive proper guidance and treatment to address these symptoms.
