I had ZSR circumcision surgery on 22 July 2020 but the staple pin hasn't fully come off my penis yet. Trying to remove it with tools is really painful is there any home remedy or easier way to get it out without so much pain?
It's understandable that the staple pin hasn't come off naturally after 5 years. While it typically falls off within 10-14 days, it's best to consult your urologist for a professional assessment and removal, as attempting to do so at home can cause further pain and potentially complications

I'm a bit concerned because I've been having some pain in my testicles since last night, and I'm also needing to pee a lot, especially at night. Sometimes it's like I have to go every half hour. Is this something I should be worried about?
Urinary tract infections can be painful, but you can take steps to ease your discomfort until antibiotics treat the infection. Follow these tips: Drink plenty of water. Water helps to dilute your urine and flush out bacteria. Avoid drinks that may irritate your bladder.Avoid coffee, alcohol, and soft drinks containing citrus juices or caffeine until your infection has cleared. They can irritate your bladder and tend to aggravate your frequent or urgent need to urinate. Use a heating pad. Apply a warm, but not hot, heating pad to your abdomen to minimize bladder pressure or discomfort.
