View allI'm really struggling with something and need some advice. I've been addicted to masturbation for almost 15 years now, and although I do it less often these days, I'm dealing with some serious issues because of it. I have IBS, chronic fatigue, hair loss, fatty liver, and memory problems. It's tough for me to concentrate, and I often feel depressed with really low energy levels. Can you please help me figure out how to fix this situation?

I've got a sore red spot on the head of my penis, and I can mostly see it when I pull the foreskin back. I've been using a ring guard, but it's healing really slowly. Any suggestions on what medicine I can use to speed up the healing? I'm starting to worry a bit.

I've been dealing with cuts on my foreskin for about a week now, and they're just not healing no matter what I try. Ive used boroline, candid b, dermikem oc creams, and even took some antibiotics, but nothing's working. It's like they start to heal, but then when I pee or pull the skin back, it gets painful again. It's really embarrassing to think about going to a doctor for this. I did feel a bit of relief after using coconut oil to clean it. Can you suggest any good treatments or medicine to try?
