I've been doing some research online and I think I might have balanitis. My foreskin is swollen and it's causing inflammation at the tip of the glans. Can you please help me figure out what I should do to treat this?

I had unprotected sex about a year ago and my HIV test has come back negative since then. I found out I have a 7x6mm epididymal cyst in my left testicle. Is there any way to treat this completely without surgery? I'm really hoping for a solution that can cure it for good.
