I've been drinking whisky regularly, usually two pegs a day. Recently though, even when I have just one peg, my eyes turn red, and my head feels strained. It's gotten me a bit worried, so I've stopped drinking for now. Could you explain what's going on and if there's any medicine I could take for this?

I've been dealing with this recurring pain on the left side of my upper stomach. I'm 33 and have already done an ultrasound and a CT scan but nothing major showed up.
