I've been eating book and toilet paper since I was 12, and now I'm 21. Lately, I've been dealing with breast lumps, skin irritation, itchiness, and breakouts since June 2017. I also keep getting regular vaginal infections. Could this be related to my paper-eating habit, and what should I do about these symptoms?

View allI'm dealing with hair loss and got my blood work back, showing my vitamin D level is really low at just 6. My doctor gave me a vitamin D injection and advised a follow-up dose in six months. I'm wondering, how long will it take for this injection to actually boost my vitamin D levels? Should I be taking any supplements in the meantime to help out?

I'm struggling with some pimples and the dark marks they leave on my face. I'm really looking for advice on how to deal with them and prevent more from popping up. What can I do to tackle this issue?
To treat pimples and dark marks on your face, you can use a combination of topical treatments. You can use a benzoyl peroxide gel (such as Oxy-5) for the pimples. Apply a thin layer on the affected areas once or twice daily. For the dark marks, you can use a topical retinoid cream (such as Retin-A) to help fade the discoloration. Apply a pea-sized amount on the dark marks at night. Additionally, using a sunscreen with at least SPF 30 daily can help prevent further darkening of the marks.
