I've been experiencing a burning sensation in my stomach and throughout my whole body. I'm really not sure what's causing it, and it's been pretty uncomfortable. Any idea what might be going on or how I can make it stop?

I've been having this weird pulsating sensation in my stomach right below my chest, and it seems to get stronger whenever I eat, drink, or even just do some tasks. Im really curious and a bit worried about what's causing it. I've already gone through a USG abdomen scan and an ECG TMT, and both came back normal. Can you help me figure out what might be going on? I've got my reports right here if that helps.
