I've been experiencing this constant pain between my eyebrows and the upper part of my nose for over a year now. It's there all the time and feels really heavy. Even taking paracetamol doesn't seem to help. What could be causing this, and is there anything I can do about it?

The persistent pain between your eyebrows and upper nose, lasting over a year, could be related to various conditions, such as sinusitis, tension headaches, migraines, or trigeminal neuralgia; since paracetamol hasn't provided relief, consult a ENT specialist

View allI'm a heavy snorer at 46 years old, 5'10 and 89 kgs. I've been using a CPAP machine but find it uncomfortable. Different ENTs have given me mixed advice some recommend surgery while others say I should lose weight. Is there a permanent solution for snoring that actually works?
Snoring with CPAP intolerance can be treated with UPPP or weight loss—ENT evaluation with sleep study is key.

My eardrum is retracted and now it's ballooned up. I'm a pilot and really worried will this heal on its own or do I need surgery? It's been bothering me a lot and I'm not sure what to expect.
Retracted eardrums can range from mild to severe. Some get better on their own, and some need treatment. It's important to visit a healthcare provider if you think you might have a retracted eardrum. In some cases, it can lead to conditions like ear infections and temporary or permanent hearing loss.
