I have a deviated septum and I'm not sure what the best treatment option is should I consider surgery, homeopathy, or are there other alternatives? If surgery is recommended, how long is the usual recovery time and what's the approximate cost?

I've been dealing with nasal polyps for two years now, mostly in my right nostril. Hot drinks seem to make it worse and I'm relying on otrivin spray for relief but want something more permanent. Surgery isn't an option right now - what else can I try to manage this?
Nasal sprays, steam inhalation, allergy control, and steroids can reduce polyp size—consider immunotherapy if chronic.
