I've been using Sudafed nasal spray that has Xylometazoline Hydrochloride for my flu and a blocked nose, and the label says to use it three times in 24 hours. Is it okay if I take a fourth dose? I'm just really struggling to breathe through my nose right now.

It is not recommended to exceed the dosage instructions on the bottle. Taking more than the recommended dose can lead to potential side effects and complications. If your symptoms persist or worsen, it is advisable to consult with a healthcare professional for further guidance.

View allI'm trying to understand how to use Tufpro suspension. Is it meant to be swallowed like a regular medication, or is it supposed to be used just for rinsing the mouth and then spit out? I'm a bit confused about how to take it properly.
Tufpro Suspension is typically an oral medication that is meant to be swallowed. It is not intended for gargling and spitting out.

I've been coughing a lot at night for the past couple of days, and now I'm seeing blood in the phlegm when I cough, but not in my saliva. It's starting to worry me. Could you please give me some advice on what might be going on?

I was on a flight about three weeks ago and had a cold at the time. During the descent, I felt intense pressure in my right ear and it started hurting a lot. I took painkillers for a couple of days and, thankfully, the pain went away, but the pressure hasn't gotten back to normal since. I've tried blowing out or sucking in after pinching my nose, but nothing seems to work. I'm really worried about it. Could you offer some advice on what I should do next?
