View allI had surgery yesterday and I've noticed that my uvula has gotten really elongated, almost laying on my tongue. Is this something I should be worried about? Is it normal after surgery or should I get it checked out?

I'm having a problem with my right earit feels blocked, and I can hardly hear anything out of it. This has been going on for three days now and it all started suddenly when I woke up one morning. What could be causing this, and should I be worried?
Right ear blockage can be due to various reasons such as earwax buildup, fluid accumulation, or an ear infection. I recommend using over-the-counter ear drops like Debrox to help soften the earwax and clear the blockage. You can also try using a warm compress on the ear to relieve any discomfort. If the symptoms persist, you may need to see an ENT specialist for further evaluation and treatment.

my boyfriend has had really bad sinus issues for years his nose is always blocked, his cheeks get puffy, and he sounds super nasally. he also snores badly and has to breathe through his mouth most of the time since he surfs a lot. we've tried home remedies but nothing helps long-term. he can't afford major surgery are there any permanent or semi-temporary solutions that might work for him
septoplasty is advised,ent review.
