I've been feeling a lot of heat on my scalp lately, like my head's hot and there's this weird sensation I can't quite put my finger on. It's making me feel a bit insecure. Any thoughts on what could be going on?

You can try using a medicated shampoo containing ketoconazole or selenium sulfide to help with the heat sensation on your scalp. Additionally, taking an over-the-counter pain reliever like acetaminophen can help with any discomfort. Make sure to follow the dosage instructions on the packaging. If the symptoms persist, it would be best to consult a dermatologist for further evaluation and management.

I'm really worried because I've had these white bumps on my penis head for like 7 or 8 months now. They tingle when I touch them, and it's freaking me out a bit. I've never had sex, so I know it's not an STD. I used to do dry masturbation by rubbing against the bed, but I've already seen a GP who checked me for STDs and UTIs and said everything's negative. He gave me some Clotrimazole cream to try for a week, but it hasn't helpedactually, it seems like its getting worse. Should I be seeing a dermatologist or a urologist for this? Any advice would be really appreciated.

It sounds like you may be experiencing a condition called pearly penile papules (PPP), which are small, dome-shaped to filiform skin-colored papules that typically appear around the corona of the glans penis. PPP is a benign anatomical variant and is not considered a sexually transmitted infection. Since the Clotrimazole cream did not improve your symptoms, I recommend consulting a dermatologist for further evaluation and management. You can ask your dermatologist about using topical treatments such as Podophyllotoxin cream or Tretinoin cream to help reduce the appearance of the bumps. In some cases, laser therapy may also be considered for more severe or persistent cases of PPP. It's important to follow up with a dermatologist for personalized treatment recommendations and to address any concerns you may have.
