I've been experiencing heavy hair fall for the past 3-4 months along with split ends rough hair and breakage I don't have any major health issues but I did have a minor dental implant surgery recently my hair has lost a lot of volume and I'm really worried what could be causing this and how can I fix it

I'm not sure what's going on, but every now and then I get this weird greasy warm feeling on my lips. They feel dry and normal when I touch them, but when I lick them, they taste just like grease.
