I've been experiencing some chest pressure and tightness for just a couple of seconds. I managed to take an ECG from a single lead and I'm just wondering if it looks normal to you. I had a treadmill test, echo, and ECG all last week and everything seemed fine. Should I be considering any other tests?

based on your description, it is important to consider the context of your symptoms and previous tests. Since you have a history of chest pressure and have already undergone a TMT, Echo, and ECG which were normal, it is reassuring. However, a single-lead ECG may not provide a comprehensive assessment. It would be advisable to consult with a cardiologist for a thorough evaluation. In the meantime, you can take Tab. Aspirin 75mg once daily to prevent any potential cardiac issues.

I'm really worried about my father. He had coronary thrombosis last January and seemed to recover well, but this morning he's having severe chest pain. The doctor recommended Isordil 5 for intense pain, but it hasn't helped at all. Can you offer some advice on what we should do next?

I'm dealing with this dull aching pain under my left breast, near my armpit, and it's been there for about two years now. It feels a bit better if I press on it, but it's still really painful. I was put on anxiety meds, but they haven't helped at all. What could be causing this pain and is there anything else I could try?

Ecg is recommended along with serum electrolytes..A physician and ortho opinion is advised to the patient..

I've had a CT angiogram done two years ago, and it came out normal. But now I've been told I need to repeat the test because my lipid profile is high. I attached my reports from two years ago, and they were the same back then. I'm feeling really worried about this. What do you think is going on?

if your CT angiogram from 2 years ago was normal and your lipid profile is high now, it may be necessary to repeat the CT angiogram to assess for any changes in your cardiovascular health. In the meantime, you can start taking Atorvastatin 20mg once daily to help lower your cholesterol levels and reduce the risk of cardiovascular events.
