I've been experiencing some sudden dizziness and nausea, and it's really uncomfortable. I also start sweating whenever the dizziness hits. There's also this weird uncomfortable feeling right around my diaphragm area. It's kind of worrying me. Could you help me figure out what's going on with these symptoms?

As an eggetarian, you can consider the following options to boost Vitamin D levels:
Prescription-based options
- Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol): Available in various strengths (e.g., 60,000 IU). Consult your doctor for the recommended dosage.
- Vitamin D2 (Ergocalciferol): Another form of Vitamin D, available by prescription.
Over-the-counter (OTC) options
- Vitamin D3 supplements: Available in various strengths (e.g., 1,000-5,000 IU). Choose a reputable brand and consult with your doctor.
- Multivitamins with Vitamin D: Ensure the multivitamin contains Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol) and follow the recommended dosage.
Food-based options
- Fortified plant-based milk: Choose milk with added Vitamin D.
- Fortified cereals: Select cereals with Vitamin D fortification.
- Eggs: As an eggetarian, you're already consuming eggs, which are a natural source of Vitamin D.
Remember to:
- Consult your doctor before starting any supplements.
- Get regular blood tests to monitor your Vitamin D levels.
- Maintain a balanced diet and lifestyle.

View allI'm experiencing this weird burning sensation that moves around my body. Sometimes it's in my back, other times in my thighs or breast, under my arms, and even in my shoulders. It doesn't last long, just a few seconds, but sometimes it hurts too. It's really starting to freak me out. Any idea what might be causing this?
The burning sensation you're experiencing, occurring at different times and locations, could be related to nerve irritation or inflammation, such as **nerve compression** or **neuropathy**. However, it's important to rule out other conditions like muscle strain or even stress-related issues. I recommend consulting a healthcare provider for a proper evaluation and to address your concerns.

My wife has been dealing with TB Meningitis for the last two years. She completed the TB medication course, but she's still struggling with a lot of neural and back pain. An MRI showed signs of myelitis and some changes in her spinal cord, which has us really concerned. The doctors say that while the TB bacteria is gone, the damage might be beyond repair and her chances of recovery are slim at best. They've recommended physiotherapy and visiting pain management centers for her current pain. For about a year and a half, shes been on Gabapin 300 and Gabantip AT. Can you suggest any pain management centers, or maybe share your thoughts on any potential for recovery?
I'm sorry you're feeling this way, but it's really important to speak with a healthcare professional to discuss your options. A doctor can guide you on the best approach for your condition and provide the support and treatment you need. Please reach out to a medical professional for proper advice and care.
