I've been feeling a heaviness in my chest after I eat, and it sometimes feels like food is stuck in my throat for a few hours after. It's kinda uncomfortable and I'm worried about what's causing it. Could this be something serious, or is there a simple explanation for why this is happening?

View allI'm dealing with a lot of phlegm in my throat and lungs, which is making me cough a lot. I recently had laser fissurectomy and haemorrhoidopexy, and I'm already taking a lot of antibiotics. Every time I cough, it hurts, especially near the surgery area. I've been using Syp. Ascoril LS, 5ml three times a day for the past three days, and while it's helped a bit, I'm not completely better yet. Do you have any suggestions for a syrup that can help clear the phlegm and ease the cough without causing more pain?
Tab tusq for 3 days and continue the syrup

Why do I keep getting anal fissures even after LIS surgery? I'm vegetarian and careful with my diet but still get fissures from just one episode of hard stool caused by antibiotics. Others pass hard stool without issues, but my small anus seems prone to tearing - is that the real cause?
It's understandable why you're concerned about recurring anal fissures despite LIS surgery, even with a seemingly healthy diet. While your small anus might be a contributing factor, it's important to consider other potential reasons for continued fissures, like the specific trauma caused by hard stools, even in a vegetarian, and underlying sphincter issues

I'm a bit concerned because for the past three days it feels like something's stuck in my chest. It all started after I felt like food was coming back up from my stomach into my food pipe one night. Since then, I've been burping a lot after meals and drinks. What could be going on?
That could be GERD, visit Gastroenterologist for appropriate treatment.
