I've been feeling my testicles getting hot most of the time, especially when I'm sitting. There's no itching or redness, just this warmth that's got me a bit worried. I've only been married for about 2.5 months. Could this be something serious, or is it just a normal thing?

sounds like you may be experiencing some discomfort in your testicles. This could be due to a variety of reasons, such as increased blood flow, inflammation, or infection. Since you mentioned no itching or redness, it is less likely to be a fungal infection. Additionally, wearing loose-fitting underwear and avoiding prolonged sitting may also help alleviate the symptoms. If the discomfort persists or worsens, please consult a doctor for further evaluation and management.

View allI have a 4.2mm and 4.5mm kidney stone in my left kidney with hydronephrosis and calyceal separation of 9mm. My prevoid volume is 289cc and PVR is 20cc which they say is insignificant. Can you explain what the 9mm and 20cc measurements mean? Do I need surgery for this or can it be treated with medication?
The 9mm refers to hydronephrosis severity, and 20cc PVR is normal; stones this size often pass or dissolve with meds.
