I've been feeling really breathless for a week now, and it got noticeably worse this morning. Plus, there's this chest pain that came along with it. I haven't noticed any other symptoms, but it's starting to worry me. Could you help me understand what's going on?

I'm sorry to hear you're feeling this way. Breathlessness and chest pain can be concerning symptoms, and its important to rule out any serious issues like a heart or lung condition. I recommend seeing a doctor as soon as possible for a thorough evaluation, including tests like an ECG or chest X-ray, to determine the cause.

My father-in-law recently had an ECG due to some chest pain, which we thought was from acidity. To our surprise, it showed a coronary blockage. What should we do next? I'm just a bit worried about what the usual procedure is for handling something like this. Any advice would be really appreciated.

The next step would likely be to perform a coronary angiography to further evaluate the blockage in the coronary arteries. Depending on the severity and location of the blockage, the treatment options may include medication such as Aspirin and Clopidogrel to prevent blood clots, as well as a procedure such as angioplasty with stent placement or coronary artery bypass surgery. The specific treatment plan will be determined by the cardiologist based on the findings of the angiography.

I've been noticing that my blood pressure machine consistently indicates an irregular heartbeat. Is this something I should be worried about? I've heard that having an irregular heartbeat can be common, but I'm not sure if that's always the case. Can you help clarify what this might mean?

My chest has been hurting on and off for the past couple of months, mostly on the left side but sometimes on the right as well. Ive already done tests like ECG, TMT, 2D Echo, and a chest X-ray, and the doctor said everything looks normal. Can you suggest what I might do to relieve this pain? I've attached the report as well.
