I've been feeling really dizzy and I've learned it's due to functional vertigo. Could you suggest some exercises or things I can do to help improve this? I'm kinda worried and want to make sure I'm handling it right.

Monitoring Cholesterol Levels After Starting Rosuvastatin (Rozat)
Initial Monitoring
- Baseline check: Your husband's cholesterol levels were checked in March 2018, providing a baseline measurement.
- Starting Rozat: He was prescribed Rozat 20 mg to manage high cholesterol.
Follow-Up Schedule
- First follow-up: Schedule a follow-up lipid profile test 6-8 weeks after starting Rozat to assess the medication's effectiveness.
- Subsequent follow-ups: After the initial follow-up, schedule lipid profile tests every 3-6 months to monitor cholesterol levels and adjust the treatment plan as needed.
- Annual check-ups: Once cholesterol levels are stable, annual check-ups can help maintain optimal cholesterol levels.
Additional Recommendations
- Lifestyle modifications: Encourage your husband to maintain a healthy lifestyle, including a balanced diet, regular exercise, and stress management.
- Medication adherence: Ensure he takes Rozat as prescribed and attends scheduled follow-up appointments.

I'm experiencing this sudden warm sensation in my foot that lasts for about 45 seconds, and it's been happening for the past four days. Should I get a test to figure out what's going on? A year ago, my B12 levels dropped, which caused twitching, tingling, and some pain in my feet. I'm also dealing with Palmoplantar psoriasis. Could these be connected, or is it something else entirely?
