I've been feeling really unwell since I accidentally inhaled carbon monoxide from the stove while taking steam. I didnt realize that breathing in those fumes could be harmful, so I kept doing it three times a day for about two months. Now Im having symptoms like nausea, chest pain, shortness of breath, and an itchy throat. I'm worried about whether this could lead to any lung diseases or even cancer. Could you please let me know if these symptoms are related and if I should be concerned about any serious health issues?

Weve been using amoxicillin for the past 56 days, but the recent x-ray still shows no improvement. Should we consider getting a CT scan? How can we tell if its COVID pneumonia or just regular pneumonia? Are there specific tests to differentiate between the two? Is amoxicillin the only medication we should be taking for either type of pneumonia?

I'm really worried about Manoj Asthana. He's dealing with a serious lung issue and was COVID-positive about ten days ago, but thankfully, his test is negative now. However, he's still needing oxygen support, and his HRCT score is alarmingly high at 24 out of 25. I've attached his chest X-ray and HRCT report. Could you let us know what steps we should take next?
