I've been feeling unsteady while walking for the past 3 years, so I got a CT scan that showed dehiscence of the lateral semicircular canal. I had ear surgery, but the surgeon said there was no dehiscence only an infection, which they cleared during the procedure. My unsteadiness hasn't improved, and I'm really confused was the CT scan wrong or did the surgeon miss something? Who should I see next to figure this out? It's been so long without any answers, and I'm really worried this might be something serious with no solution

View allMy brother has been taking Tegretol CR 200 and Frisium 10mg tablets for his fits since he was 5 years old, but now we can't find the Tegretol CR 200 in stores or online. What can we use as a substitute for it? We really can't afford for him to skip his medicine, so I'd really appreciate any advice.
