Question

I've been getting this small white pearl-like lump on the roof of my mouth. It seems to come and go, sometimes pretty quickly, and other times it keeps popping up. I'm wondering if this is something to worry about or if it's a common thing. Any idea what it might be?

My gums have been bleeding off and on but there's no pain while eating. The dentist says I have bone loss and need 3 scaling sessions plus laser flap surgery in 2 sittings soon. They mentioned bone loss like this usually happens with BP or neuro meds but I don't have diabetes or high BP. Does this treatment plan make sense or should I get another opinion?
