I've been getting this small white pearl-like lump on the roof of my mouth. It seems to come and go, sometimes pretty quickly, and other times it keeps popping up. I'm wondering if this is something to worry about or if it's a common thing. Any idea what it might be?

I'm really struggling with a bad toothache right now. Can I take ketorolac 10mg to help ease the pain just for now?

Ketorolac 10mg can be used for temporary relief of toothache pain. However, it is important to follow the recommended dosage which is usually 10mg every 4-6 hours as needed for pain. It's also important to not exceed the maximum daily dosage. Additionally, it's advisable to consult with a dentist for proper evaluation and treatment of the underlying cause of the toothache.

I've got some swelling in my inner cheek, right near the last teeth on the lower jaw on the right side, and it's making me really uncomfortable. Should I be worried about this? What could be causing it, and how can I get some relief?

You may be experiencing swelling due to an infection in your mouth. I recommend taking an over-the-counter pain reliever like ibuprofen to help with the discomfort and inflammation. Additionally, you can rinse your mouth with warm salt water to reduce swelling. If the swelling persists or worsens, please consult with a dentist for further evaluation and treatment.

I'm dealing with this small hole in my mouth near my lower left molar, and it's always hurting. I notice it feels a bit better after I gargle for a little bit. There's no bleeding, but the pain wont go away, and there's some swelling in my left jaw. I'm starting to worry if this could be something serious like cancer or if it's just an issue with my wisdom tooth. What could be causing this?

It sounds more likely to be related to a wisdom tooth issue or a dental infection, especially if there's swelling and pain in the jaw. Cancer typically involves more noticeable changes like persistent sores, bleeding, or lumps. It's best to see a dentist for an accurate diagnosis and treatment.
