I've been having chest pain since my ATT treatment back in 2016, especially when I breathe in. It gets worse with cold weather, drinking cold water, or after a cold shower, even during summer. I've told my doctor, but my reports have always shown normal results. In 2020, I saw a pulmonary doctor who found Multiple Centrilobular Nodular Opacities in the basal segment of my right lower lobe and bilateral axillary lymphadenopathy. They thought it might be TB and did a bronchoscopy, which came back negative. I've been using the inhaler Formoflo 250, but the pain is still there. This winter was rough with the pain getting worse, and I started having skin issues and hair loss. I'm worried because I'm ANA positive 4, but my CT thorax, X-ray, and ECG were normal, though I do have hypothyroid and low hemoglobin. My cough is mostly dry and orange, with a little blood occasionally. I'm currently taking Paracetamol 650 for fever due to the chest pain. What could be causing all of these symptoms, and what should I do next?

View allMy dad just got out of the hospital after dealing with Post Covid Pneumonia, but he's still really weak and has a bit of a cough. I'm worried about his energy levels and overall recovery. Can you recommend any diet plans, energy-boosting drinks, or medications that might help him regain his strength? Oh, and he's diabetic and continues to take his usual meds for that. What should we do?
have foods with increased immunity , like papaya juice, coconut water

I'm a 28-year-old male and Ive noticed some blood in my spit, mostly in the mornings after I wake up. I dont smoke and I'm generally healthy with no cough or anything like that. I sometimes deal with allergies, so I'm wondering if that could be causing it? Ive had a chest X-ray and it was all good. I also occasionally have gas issues and migraines. What could be causing the blood in my sputum?
