I've been having chest pain since my ATT treatment back in 2016, especially when I breathe in. It gets worse with cold weather, drinking cold water, or after a cold shower, even during summer. I've told my doctor, but my reports have always shown normal results. In 2020, I saw a pulmonary doctor who found Multiple Centrilobular Nodular Opacities in the basal segment of my right lower lobe and bilateral axillary lymphadenopathy. They thought it might be TB and did a bronchoscopy, which came back negative. I've been using the inhaler Formoflo 250, but the pain is still there. This winter was rough with the pain getting worse, and I started having skin issues and hair loss. I'm worried because I'm ANA positive 4, but my CT thorax, X-ray, and ECG were normal, though I do have hypothyroid and low hemoglobin. My cough is mostly dry and orange, with a little blood occasionally. I'm currently taking Paracetamol 650 for fever due to the chest pain. What could be causing all of these symptoms, and what should I do next?

View allI'm really worried about my brother. About twenty days ago, he started having chest congestion and trouble breathing. We took him to a physician who gave him an x-ray, an inhaler, and Montelukast. He seemed okay at first, but then on the third day, the symptoms came back. We rushed him to the hospital and he was admitted for suspected COVID-19 because of his cough and sneezing, but all his tests came back negative, and they discharged him when his x-ray seemed fine. Now, he's feeling that breathlessness again, along with this acid-like feeling in his lungs and stomach causing chest congestion. Could this be because of anxiety? His heart rate shoots up when he feels this way. We're really struggling because there's no specialist around here since we're in a red zone. What could we do to help him? Any advice would be appreciated.

I'm really struggling with my breathing lately. I've got this constant congestion in my chest, and it's there all day long. It's so bad that even yawning is tough. When I lie down at night, I feel like I'm choking and can't sleep. I saw a pulmonologist who thought it might be an allergy, and I've been taking the meds he gave me, but nothing's changing. Do you have any advice on what I could try next?
do chest x ray

I've just turned 31 and I'm a bit concerned because I weigh 98 kgs and have been diagnosed with sleep apnea. I'm wondering if it's okay for me to start hitting the gym for some strength and weight training to help shed some pounds. Can this kind of exercise routine be good for me given my condition?
