I've been having frequent urination issues and a CT scan showed a 10x3.5 mm stone in my right kidney and a 2.5 mm one in my left kidney. Can homeopathy help dissolve these stones and how long would it take or is surgery the only option? Also, could these stones cause kidney damage if they don't pass right away?

I'm really worried and need some advice. Out of nowhere, a big bump or pimple showed up on the shaft of my penis, and it's causing a lot of pain whenever something touches it. Could you please help me understand what's going on? Is this something serious? I'm quite concerned.

It sounds like you may be experiencing an inflamed or infected pimple on your penis shaft. This can be caused by various factors such as poor hygiene, friction, or a bacterial infection. To help reduce the pain and inflammation, you can try using an over-the-counter antibiotic ointment like Neosporin and keeping the area clean and dry. If the pain persists or if you notice any signs of infection such as pus or increasing redness, please consult a healthcare professional for further evaluation and treatment.

I'm really concerned about how to control pre-cum. It happens whenever I even think about anything sexual, and it's becoming a bit frustrating. I just want to understand if there's a way to prevent it or reduce the occurrence because it really bothers me. Any advice on how to deal with this?

It's normal for pre-ejaculate (pre-cum) to be released as a response to sexual thoughts or stimulation. To manage it, practicing techniques like mindfulness, relaxation, and focusing on controlling arousal through deep breathing or distraction can help. If this continues to cause concern, consulting with a doctor or therapist may offer additional strategies.

I've been taking ashwagandha from an organic brand and I've noticed that I'm needing to pee really frequently, and this has been going on for the last year and a half. Can you suggest any solutions for this? I'm getting a bit worried about it.

This could be due to the diuretic effect of ashwagandha. I recommend stopping the ashwagandha supplement and consulting with a healthcare professional for further evaluation.
