I've been having issues with my spine at the L5 level and there's some space there not sure how it happened. Is it possible to recover from this without needing surgery?

Yes, recovery from spine issues at the L5 level, including those involving space or alignment, is often possible without surgery. Conservative treatments like physical therapy, pain management, and lifestyle modifications are frequently the first line of care.

View allI had an ACL tear and heard about PRP treatment but I'm not sure if it's a permanent fix or if I'll eventually need arthroscopy surgery what would you recommend for long-term recovery
PRP therapy can be a valuable tool for ACL tear recovery, especially in the initial stages and for smaller tears, but it's not a permanent solution and may not be effective for all patients. ACL reconstruction surgery is often necessary for restoring full knee stability and function, especially if you have a complete tear or experience persistent instability.

My mom has been dealing with constant knee pain and the doctor said her cartilage is worn out, recommending knee replacement. She's not ready for surgery are there any other treatment options we can explore?

Four months ago on May 8th, I had an accident that broke the bone in my polio-affected leg. The doctor did surgery and inserted a rod from my thigh bone to the knee with screws. Now my bones are healing and I've started walking, but I can't bend my knee at all. I've been doing wax therapy and some exercises, but it's still really hard to bend. What treatment would help me get my knee movement back?
ortho opinion is advised to the pt.
