I've been having this itching sensation inside my penis, and it's making me feel like I constantly need to pee. It gets worse after sex, and I feel some pressure too when I'm trying to urinate. Any idea what's going on?

I'm a bit worried because when I peed, it really hurt, and then when I wiped, it burned even more. Should I be concerned about this, or is there something I can do to help relieve the pain right now?
That could be UTI, get a complete Urine Examination and Urine culture sensitivity done and visit Physician for appropriate management and also consume plenty of fluids.

I've always been really good at sex, but over the last ten years, I've been masturbating at least 3 to 6 times a day. I used to be able to perform 6 times a night, but now, even though I still masturbate daily, I find myself ejaculating too early, like within 15 seconds during sex. It's been getting worse, and I feel weaker when it comes to sex. What should I do about this?
