I've been having looseness and instability in my knee with some pressure, and when I stand on one leg and bend the other knee, I hear a mild obstructive sound. My MRI showed subtle signal changes in the ACL and a bit of fluid in the patellofemoral joint space. Can this be fully treated with physio, or would arthroscopic surgery work better? What's the most effective solution for this?

View allMy doctor says I need surgery for a medial malleolus fracture but I heard it can heal without it. Is surgery always necessary or are there cases where it can heal on its own? What factors decide whether to go for surgery or not?
Surgery depends on displacement, stability, and patient activity; conservative treatment works for non-displaced fractures.

After my L4-L5 surgery a few weeks ago, I've been having pain in both shoulders, especially the right one. What could be causing this and what should I do?
Shoulder pain post-spine surgery may be due to altered posture or nerve irritation; a physiatric or ortho review is advised.

I'm dealing with an ACL tear in my left knee, and the MRI report mentions something about an interstitial tear. Could you explain what that means and how it can be treated? Also, I'm wondering how many therapy sessions might be needed. I have the MRI scan if you need more details.
