I've been having lower back pain when standing, walking, or bending. My doctor recommended wearing a back belt and avoiding bending, but said surgery might be needed if it continues. Does this sound like the right approach or are there other options I should consider? The pain's been persistent and I'm worried about it getting worse.

I injured my right wrist TFCC around two months back and the doctor recommended surgery. Can you explain the difference between open surgery and arthroscopy for TFCC repair? I'm a bit nervous about the options and recovery process
Arthroscopy is minimally invasive with quicker recovery; open surgery is used for more complex TFCC tears.

I've had an ACL tear in my left knee for about 2.5 months now, and the pain has reduced by 70%. It only comes back when I walk long distances. What kind of tear is this, and do I need surgery? Can I wait it out or should I consider other options? Also, what exactly is an interstitial tear can it heal with PRP injections, and how successful are they usually?
I recommend starting with physiotherapy and painkillers to manage your condition. If there's no significant improvement after a reasonable period, we can then consider surgical options.
