I've been having this really annoying itching around my anus, especially at night and in the evening. It almost feels like something's crawling around in there. I'm a 21-year-old guy, and I've been trying to cut back on sweets, hoping it might help. Do you know what could be causing this, and is there any medicine I should try? If you can suggest something, could you also let me know how and when to take it?

It sounds like you may be experiencing symptoms of pinworm infection. I recommend taking Albendazole 400mg tablet as a single dose at night before bedtime. This medication helps to treat parasitic infections like pinworms. Additionally, practicing good hygiene, such as washing hands frequently and keeping the anal area clean, can help prevent reinfection. If symptoms persist, please consult with a healthcare provider for further evaluation and management.

View allI'm dealing with this really annoying issue where I seem to burp more than 50 times a day. It's like every time I eat, I burp a bunch of times and even when I'm not eating, it happens like 23 times an hour. I'm just trying to understand what's going on. What could be causing so much burping?

I've been having this issue where I feel a strong urge to pass stool, but once I'm actually on the toilet, it just doesn't fully evacuate. It's like I can go a little, but then something seems to block it. It ends up happening in bits over the day, like 3 or 4 times. Is this something I should be worried about, like why can't I just get it all out in one go?

I'm trying to figure out the right way to take Sporolac DS. Should I be taking it before meals or after? Also, are there any specific precautions I should keep in mind when using these tablets? I'm a bit worried and would appreciate any advice.
The proper dosage of Sporolac DS (Sporidex) is typically 1-2 tablets twice a day, taken after meals to minimize stomach upset, and precautions include avoiding consumption with antacids,
