I've been having this really annoying throat irritation and my allergy AEC levels are over 700, which I'm guessing isn't great. What can I do to bring it down to normal? Are there specific foods I should be avoiding or maybe some that could help?
Answered by 1 Apollo Doctors
to help lower your AEC and reduce allergy symptoms, you should focus on managing your allergies through medications and avoiding triggers, while also incorporating an anti-inflammatory diet. Avoid foods that are high in histamine or common allergens, and try to focus on foods that support immune health and reduce inflammation.
If your symptoms persist or worsen, its always best to consult with an allergist or immunologist who can guide you through proper treatment options and help with any necessary allergy tests.

My sister has been dealing with ear ringing for the past year. Is there a chance that it can be cured?
Ear ringing, also known as tinnitus, can have various causes and treatments depend on the underlying reason. It is important to first determine the cause of the tinnitus before starting treatment. I recommend your sister to consult an ENT specialist for a proper evaluation. Treatment options may include using a white noise machine, counseling, or medications such as Betahistine (brand name Serc) at a dosage of 16 mg three times a day to help with symptoms.

Hey, I've been noticing this weird thing happening lately. Sometimes, these white, grainy bits with a really bad smell come out of my mouth. They've shown up quite a few times now. When I press them, they just fall apart. Any idea what this could be?
