I've been having really bad loose motions since this morning, probably around 15 to 20 times already. A friend told me to take norfloxacin 400mg, tinidazole 600mg, and lactobacilli. Do you think it's safe for me to take these?

Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) is a hormonal disorder. To manage PCOS-related cysts, consider:
Exercise:
- Regular cardio (brisk walking, cycling, or swimming) for 30 minutes, 3-4 times a week.
- Strength training exercises 2-3 times a week.
Food:
- Balanced diet with whole grains, fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and healthy fats.
- Include omega-3 rich foods (salmon, walnuts) and antioxidants (berries, leafy greens).
- Limit processed foods, sugar, and saturated fats.
Additional Tips:
- Maintain a healthy weight.
- Manage stress through yoga, meditation, or deep breathing exercises.
- Consider consulting a registered dietitian or a nutritionist for personalized guidance.

View allMy gallbladder surgery is scheduled for June 26th but I've had intense pain since 2 am that won't go away. I can't even keep water down and I'm worried about getting dehydrated. What can I do to manage this until my surgery?
A detailed evaluation will help decide the best course of action.

I've been diagnosed with multiple gallstones measuring 45 mm and get severe pain every 15 days if I eat anything other than raw fruits and vegetables. Right now I'm only eating cucumber, apple, orange, carrot and other fresh uncooked foods - no cooked meals at all. Is homeopathy effective for treating this or is surgery my only option? The pain keeps coming back and I'm worried about my restricted diet
For multiple gallstones causing frequent severe pain, surgery to remove the gallbladder (cholecystectomy) is generally the most effective treatment, Homeopathy may offer some symptom relief, but it's not a proven treatment for gallstones,

I started taking Metrogyl 400 for a bad stomach yesterday, took it twice, and now I'm feeling better. Do I still need to keep taking it, or is it okay to stop? Will it cause any issues if I don't continue? I'm just wondering if its important to finish the whole course even if I'm feeling fine now.
-It's important to complete the full course of Metrogyl to ensure the infection is fully treated. Even if you're feeling better, stopping early can lead to a relapse or resistance. If you're unsure, it's best to consult your doctor for advice.
