I've been having a really rough time with a high fever, vomiting, loose stools, terrible stomach ache, and I'm finding it hard to breathe. It's been going on for three days now. Should I be worried or see someone about this?

You can take a tab. pantakind once or twice a day half an hour before food for 3 days. Tab. Sporolac-ds thrice a day after food for 5 days. Drink plenty of fluids. Consult a general physician in person for further evaluation and management.

I've been dealing with a bit of a situation. A week ago, I had a throat infection and was on medication for it, but then I started having stomach upset and loose motions. I decided to stop the medication, and I tried arrowroot powder to help. It seemed to work, but now, for the past three days, I've had stomach pain on both sides. I dont usually have issues with gastric acidity, but the pain gets worse when I walk, go upstairs, or take a deep breath. What should I do about this?

If the pain is severe, constant, or associated with symptoms like vomiting, fever, bloody stools, or significant tenderness, it would be wise to consult with a healthcare provider to rule out any underlying issues, such as an intestinal infection or inflammation.

These steps may help in the ailment: - Rest well - A liquid diet may be of help during this time period as it may be easier to digest a liquid diet, you can slowly increase to solid food depending on how you tolerate it. - Drink adequate amount of water, aim to rink 2.5 - 3 lietrs of water per day - Prunes or prune juice may serve as natural laxatives, which would help in easier bowel movements - Have a low-fat diet since fat slows down the passage of food through the intestine. - Eat low-bulk foods such as broths and low-fiber breads - Cooked vegetables, cooked fruits, and apples would help with an inflamed intestine - Avoid milk and milk products (yogurts and cheeses),nuts, corn, popcorn, and seeds which could worsen your illness

Plus, he's running a fever, which just adds to his discomfort. What should we do to help him manage all these issues, especially the fatigue? Any advice would be really appreciated.
