I've been having this really uncomfortable pain on the left side of my scrotum, and it feels like it's hanging more than usual. It's so bad that it's making it hard to sit or walk properly. I saw two doctors already, and they gave me medicine, but nothing's helping. Can you tell me what might be going on or suggest what I should do next?

I'm experiencing some pain in the area below my waist, especially when I wear a tight belt.
