I've been having this really uncomfortable pain on the left side of my scrotum, and it feels like it's hanging more than usual. It's so bad that it's making it hard to sit or walk properly. I saw two doctors already, and they gave me medicine, but nothing's helping. Can you tell me what might be going on or suggest what I should do next?

I'm really worried because I've noticed the hole in my penis seems to be getting larger, and I think it might be because Ive been masturbating a lot. Is there anything I can do to get it back to its original size?
It sounds like you may be experiencing a condition known as urethral meatal stenosis, where the opening of the urethra becomes enlarged. I recommend you to consult a doctor for proper evaluation and treatment. In some cases, a topical steroid cream may be prescribed to help reduce the size of the opening. Additionally, if the enlargement is causing any discomfort or issues with urination, a surgical procedure called meatoplasty may be recommended to repair the opening of the urethra.

I'm struggling with maintaining sexual activity for longer than 35 minutes. I'm curious if taking Viagra could help, but I'm really concerned about any potential side effects it might have. Could you give me some advice on this?
