I've been having a regular cough and it's really putting a lot of stress on my chest. My throat feels sore, and my nose just won't stop running. I already tried taking Cheston Cold but it hasn't helped at all. Can you suggest what might be causing this or if there's anything else I should try?

I've been getting a fever at night after feeling cold for the past couple of days, but it seems to go away by morning. Is this something I should be worried about? What could be causing it? Would love to get some insight into what's going on.

You may be experiencing viral syndrome, or developing a viral fever. If your fever is high grade (above 100 degrees Fahrenheit), and associated with chills, you may need to undergo a blood test to rule out diseases like malaria and denggue. Drink plenty of fluids and take sufficient rest.

I need a medical fitness certificate for my job. Not sure where to start or what exactly is required. Can you guide me on how I can get this from a doctor and what kind of tests or information might be involved? I'm feeling a bit anxious about it.

it's good if you could visit a doctor or any local dispensary and get it prepared in person. The doctor would like to examine you and the issue a certificate.

I'm curious about the long-term effects of working night shifts. I've been at it for over three years, and I've read that it can cause physical health issues over time. Is that true? If so, how serious can these problems get? Also, are there any specific precautions I can take to minimize these health risks?
