I've been having some digestive issues and I'm wondering if eating corn could be causing me constipation. I eat corn pretty often and would love to know if there's a natural remedy that could help with this. Any advice?

Corn is generally a great source of nutrition and fibre for the body, however, anything can be harmful when taken in extreme excess. Constipation can be relieved by taking stool softeners and laxatives such as Duphalac syrup or Dulcolax tablets.

View allIve been noticing this weird sensation, like something's moving inside my stomach, especially when I sleep on it. It doesn't hurt, but it feels unusual. Could it possibly be some type of worm or parasite? Any insights would be really helpful.
It is possible that you may have intestinal worms. I recommend taking Albendazole 400mg as a single dose. This medication is effective against a variety of intestinal parasites. It is important to follow up with a repeat dose after 2 weeks to ensure complete eradication of the worms.

I'm really concerned about my IBS. Is it something that can actually be cured? How long does it usually take to see improvements? And I'm really struggling with the bloating part of it. Are there any tips or remedies to help stop it?
-IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome) isn't typically "curable," but it can be managed effectively with dietary changes, stress management, and medication. The duration of relief varies, but with the right approach, symptoms like bloating can improve over time.
