I've been having some issues during sex where I end up ejaculating really quickly, which leaves me and my partner feeling pretty disappointed. I also noticed that my penis seems to lose its size pretty fast during sex. I'm really looking for some advice on how to handle these problems. Any tips on what I can do?

View allI've been diagnosed with a very small reducible hernia and bilateral hydrocele. Should I consider surgery for this or are there other treatment options? I'm a bit worried about whether this needs immediate attention or if I can manage it without an operation. What would you recommend?
Hydroceles can call for surgery if they cause symptoms, become large or continue to show changes in size by about a year of age. If the hydrocele is "non-communicating," meaning there is no related indirect inguinal hernia, the hydrocele sac is taken out, often through an incision in the scrotum.

my sperm count is very low at 3.66 lakh/ml and my FSH level is 14.55. the Doppler test showed normal testis but left grade 1 varicocele. one doctor says surgery can improve sperm count while another says my testis are too weak and it won't help. i'm really confused about what to do next
A detailed evaluation will help decide the best course of action.
