I've been having some pain when I start peeing, especially on days when I don't drink enough water. I had surgery for a urinary tube stricture last year and also have a history of kidney stones - could these issues be related to the discomfort I'm feeling now?

View allI'm facing a really painful issue. Every time I have sex or my partner gives me oral, my foreskin tears, and it's really hurting a lot. It's especially painful if I try to have sex within the next day or two after it happens. It usually takes around 23 days for it to heal completely. What can I do about this, and is there a way to prevent it from happening in the first place?
