I've been having some trouble with my digestion for a couple of months. It feels like my stool isn't getting cleared properly. After eating dinner, my stomach feels really heavy and I start forming a lot of gas. It's even starting to feel like my stomach is getting inflated. I'm a bit worried and wondering what might be causing this. Could you give me some insight?

I had an endoscopy a few days ago and now my chest is really hurting. Should I be concerned and go get it checked out, or is it okay to wait a bit longer?

Chest pain after an endoscopy can sometimes occur due to irritation from the procedure. However, if the pain is severe or persistent, it is important to seek medical attention to rule out any serious complications. You can take over-the-counter antacids like Tums (dosage: 2 tablets every 4-6 hours as needed) for relief in the meantime. If the pain worsens or is accompanied by other concerning symptoms, such as difficulty breathing or severe heartburn, please seek medical help immediately.

I'm feeling a bit worried about my recent bilirubin test results. The direct photometry reading was 0.36 mgdl when it should be between 0 and 0.30, and the indirect calculated bilirubin was at 1.6 mgdl, higher than the normal range of 0 to 0.9. My total photometry was 1.96 mgdl, outside the 0.30 to 1.20 range too. Could you help me understand what these numbers mean? Also, I'm wondering if these levels might affect my health in any way, particularly when it comes to having intercourse. Should I be concerned about anything specific?

Its not significant no need to worry maintain healthy lifestyle and consume healthy food, and its not related to intercourse.
