I've been having some trouble with my digestion for a couple of months. It feels like my stool isn't getting cleared properly. After eating dinner, my stomach feels really heavy and I start forming a lot of gas. It's even starting to feel like my stomach is getting inflated. I'm a bit worried and wondering what might be causing this. Could you give me some insight?

View allI'm a bit worried because my SGPT level is at 66, which seems higher than normal. Everything else like my SGOT at 34 and GGT at 40 is fine. I havent had any alcohol for a month, and I'm thin and didnt work out before the test. Is it a major concern that my SGPT level is elevated? How can I reduce it?

I'm having trouble sometimes with taking deep breaths. It's easier when I yawn, but other times it's really tough. My pulmonary function test came back normal, and my oxygen levels are good too. But I've also noticed that whenever I eat, there's this smell and sound from my mouth, reminding me of acidity or gastric issues. Could these be related, and what should I do about it?
Probable diagnosis is GERD .Patient is advised tab pan d ,orally for 14 days and syrup sucralfate 10 ml thrice daily for 7 days .

I'm dealing with nonstop burping for the past couple of days, and it all began when I was doing some neck exercises. It just doesnt seem to stop. Could you please help me figure out whats going on and how I can make it go away?
The continuous burping issue, triggered by neck exercises, may be related to swallowing air, irritating the throat, or stimulating the vagus nerve, which can cause stomach contractions; to alleviate the issue, try the following: eat slowly, avoid chewing gum, drink water slowly, avoid carbonated drinks, apply heat to your stomach, and practice relaxation techniques like deep breathing;
