I've been having some trouble whenever my stool comes out hard. It causes a lot of pain, and then it hurts the whole day when I'm sitting. But when my stool isn't hard, everything seems normal and there's no pain at all. Could you help me figure out what's going on?

The persistent fever despite various treatments and normal test results suggests an underlying infection or inflammatory condition. The elevated CRP (43mgL) and mildly abnormal LFTs indicate ongoing inflammation. Consider further testing, such as imaging studies (e.g., ultrasound, CT scan) or infectious disease panels, to identify the underlying cause. Consultation with an infectious disease specialist or a rheumatologist may be beneficial.

You'll likely be able to return home the same day and resume normal activities the next day. Recovery is usually quick, with minor side effects like gas or cramping resolving within 24 hours.
