I've been having a tough time with wheezing, chest congestion, and breathing issues whenever the weather changes or I'm around dust. I'm allergic to dust and pollution, and it's really becoming a problem. Sometimes, I have to rely on my inhaler, but I'm trying to find a way to live a healthier life without having to use it so much. Any advice on how I can manage this better and reduce my inhaler use?

View allI'm starting to worry a bit because even after 25 days of taking the prescribed medication for COVID-19 and sticking to all the protocols, a positive test result is still showing up. There aren't any symptoms at the moment, but my dad's SpO2 levels are all over the place. They dip to around 93 in the evening but shoot back up to a normal 98 when he wakes up in the morning. Should I be concerned about this fluctuation? Is this considered normal?

I'm really worried about my dad. He has mild pneumonia symptoms based on a recent CT scan and is experiencing some breathing issues. He's tested positive for COVID-19, and his SpO2 levels are around 93-94. We tried to get a hospital bed for him, but none are available. What should we do now? He's currently isolating at home.

I've been on TB medication for a month now and haven't noticed any side effects like vomiting or jaundice. Is it normal not to experience side effects with TB medications? Last year, when I had extrapulmonary lymph node TB, I experienced a lot of side effects and the treatment lasted over nine months. My pulmonologist confirmed it was cured, but now I've had upper abdomen pain for the last four months. An abdomen USG showed a mass lesion in the retro peritoneal region, and after a CT scan of my thorax and full abdomen, it showed collapsed lungs and abdominal adenopathy. I've started taking RHE FD tablets again, but I'm confused if it's really TB this time since I don't have any symptoms or side effects from the medication. Could it be something else? What do you suggest I do?
