I've been having trouble breathing because of a deviated septum in my left nostril and it's affecting my concentration and causing anxiety. Can you tell me more about laser septoplasty surgery how it works, recovery time, and if it could help with my symptoms?

I'm dealing with acute tonsillitis and have only throat pain, no fever, cold, or cough symptoms. It started on Monday, May 7th. For the first three days, I did saltwater gargles and had ginger honey, but only saw minimal improvement. So, I went to the doctor who prescribed me Zocef 500 to take twice a day. I've been taking it since Thursday, but the recovery has been really slow; today's the third day and I still feel the throat pain. I'm wondering, if I had taken Azithromycin 500 instead, would it have worked faster on the pain and bacterial infection? I've used it before and noticed a quicker recovery. Is Zocef 500 better than Azithromycin 500? If so, why am I still experiencing throat pain after taking 5 tablets?

Ideally it should work,as you say it's not working you can switch to Azithromycin 500 no problem.
