I've been having trouble breathing, especially at night. It's gotten to the point where I wake up suddenly because it feels difficult to breathe. There's also some chest pain, and I just feel exhausted all the time. What could be causing this, and should I be worried?

I've had this stubborn dry cough for about 15 days now. It all started with a cold and cough, and I took some antibiotics and chest cold tablets for a few days back then. The cold cleared up, but this cough just won't go away. It's mostly at night before I sleep, but somehow it doesn't bother me when I'm actually asleep. The coughing makes it hard to breathe and sometimes I feel like my heart's racing. I even get these shivering vibrations in my upper body and hands. I already spoke to a general physician and got a bunch of medications like montelukast sodium, levocetirizine hydrochloride, methylprednisolone, and cefpodoxime proxetil potassium clavulanate. I'm on my second day of this prescription, and then I read online that some of these are for asthma. Really curious and a bit worried about what this could be, and if it's got to do with my lungs or heart. Any advice on what's going on and how to find out more?

I've been dealing with Allergic Bronchitis for a few years now, but recently it's been getting really bad. I'm having to use my inhaler and nebulizer every day. It's becoming harder to manage, and I'm also getting constant headaches and having trouble sleeping. Can you suggest what I can do to help with these issues?

I'm really worried about this sharp, razor blade feeling Ive been having in my lungs, especially when I cough. Its a constant pain, but at the same time, it feels inconstant, if that makes sense. And on top of that, I've been running a high fever. I haven't consulted a doctor yet, but should I be urgently concerned about these symptoms? What could be causing them?

Ecg,x-ray chest pa view is advised to the patient.
