I've been having this weird feeling where I get short of breath, but I'm not coughing or feeling any chest pain. I'm dealing with some post-COVID issues and could really use some advice. When I'm teaching or talking a lot, I get this strange pain in my trachea, from my throat to my chest, almost like chest pain, but my ECG was normal.
