I've been having this weird feeling where I get short of breath, but I'm not coughing or feeling any chest pain. It's strange because sometimes it feels like I just can't take a deep breath, but then it kind of eases up when I eat something. Should I be worried about this, or is it something I can just ignore? I've been dealing with a cough for nearly two years, and about three months ago, my doctor sent me for Blood IgE, PFT, and FENO tests. Based on my IgE results, I finished a course of allergy tablets, and I was also prescribed Esiflo, which I'm supposed to take with Lupihaler. I initially felt dizzy on this medication, so I stopped after a couple of days, but I've restarted at a reduced dose. Should I keep taking Esiflo even though it makes me feel uncomfortable? And looking at my PFT and FENO reports, do they suggest if my lungs are in bad shape? I'm also experiencing some shortness of breath and chest heaviness lately. I can't reach my doctor right now, so I'd really appreciate some insight. Thank you.

I've just finished three months of the Anti TB treatment, and my AFB Stain and GeneXpert results have come back negative. Now I'm wondering, should I still go ahead with an AFB Culture or a TB Culture test? I'm just a bit anxious about the next steps here.
