My dad is 79 and has COPD. We're currently doing allopathic treatment in Nagpur, but I'm really worried about his health. Are there any other ways or things we can do to help improve his condition?

Spirometry,pulmonary function tests,sputum for AFB ,microscopy ,x-ray chest pa view ,esr and complete blood count is advised to the patient.

I've been dealing with a cough on and off for about three months now. It always seems to go away when I take antibiotics, but as soon as I have something cold, the cough comes right back with wheezing. I also had an X-ray, and it showed some prominent bronchovascular findings. I'm a 30-year-old female, and I'm starting to get really worried about what's going on. What should I do?
Tab augmentin duo 625mg ,orally ,thrice daily for 5 days advised to the patient.Also syrup salbutamol 10ml thrice daily for 7 days is advised to the patient.Steam inhalation is also advised twice

Hilar prominence on a chest X-ray could indicate an abnormality in the lymph nodes or other structures in the chest. The hilar region is where the lungs' arteries, veins, nerves, and bronchi enter and exit. Both hilar should be similar in size and density on a chest X-ray. If one hilum is larger and denser than the other, it could indicate an abnormality.so consult pulmonologist or thoracic surgeon
