I've been having this weird head spinning feeling, like there's pressure in my head, and I've been feeling super weak. It's been hard to get a good night's sleep too. Honestly, I think stress and overthinking might have something to do with it, but I'm not sure. What do you think I should do?

Given your symptoms of occasional head spinning, pressure in the head, weakness, stress, and overthinking, consider consulting a primary care physician or a neurologist to rule out underlying medical conditions, such as anxiety disorders, migraines, or inner ear issues, and discuss stress management techniques, like meditation, deep breathing, or cognitive-behavioral therapy.

Found out about this issue around 89 months ago but never had any pain or discomfort since then. Is surgery really necessary if there's no pain? Has anyone else had patients with a similar experience?
If there’s no pain or complications, observation may be okay—get regular follow-up imaging.
