I've been having this weird head spinning feeling, like there's pressure in my head, and I've been feeling super weak. It's been hard to get a good night's sleep too. Honestly, I think stress and overthinking might have something to do with it, but I'm not sure. What do you think I should do?

Given your symptoms of occasional head spinning, pressure in the head, weakness, stress, and overthinking, consider consulting a primary care physician or a neurologist to rule out underlying medical conditions, such as anxiety disorders, migraines, or inner ear issues, and discuss stress management techniques, like meditation, deep breathing, or cognitive-behavioral therapy.

View allI recently got my Vitamin B12 test done, and my level came back as 102. My cardiologist suggested taking Pregaba M 75. I wanted to check if this is actually meant to help increase B12 levels because when I searched online, it seemed more related to neuro and seizures. Could you advise if I should take this medication for my B12 deficiency?
The medication Pregaba M 75 is not typically used for increasing Vitamin B12 levels. It is commonly prescribed for neurological conditions and seizures. To increase your Vitamin B12 levels, you can take supplements such as Neurobion Forte, which contains Vitamin B12 along with other B vitamins. You can take one tablet of Neurobion Forte once a day after meals.

I've been diagnosed with a diffuse posterior bulge at L5S1 disc and a medium-sized left paracentral protrusion that's pressing on my left nerve root, indenting the thecal sac, and affecting both neural foramina. My doctor is recommending surgery, but I really want to avoid it. Are there any other treatment options I can explore? What else could help with this kind of disc issue?

I'm dealing with some pretty uncomfortable symptoms and could really use some insight. I've got this pain around my left shoulder blade that shoots down my arm, all the way to my fingers, and it's causing some tingling and numbness in my hand. It's also affecting my biceps and triceps. I believe there's something going on with the discs at C5C6 and C6C7, potentially some disc herniation or a posterior disc osteophyte complex. I'm a bit worried about what all this means and what I should do nextdo you have any advice?
