I've been having this weird issue where there's mucus in my throat at night while I'm trying to sleep. It makes me feel like I need to spit it out constantly, but there's no actual coughing happening. Any idea what could help with this?

View allI'm wondering if Vizylac is effective for treating a sore or inflamed throat, or if it's meant for something else entirely? I've been experiencing some discomfort and I'm curious if this is the right medication to use or if there's a better option.
its a probiotic and is used to replace your gut flora in case of diarrhea.

I've been dealing with something really weird and it's got me a bit concerned. So, a few times now, I've coughed up this big, white, cheese-like chunk that smells terrible. I had to vomit a few times to get it out, and it's left me with some congestion in my throat. It was massive, white, and I'm not sure if it's coming from my stomach or somewhere in my throat. I haven't had any cheese or paneer recently, so I'm puzzled. There's no pain, fever, or anything like that, but I'm unsure if it could be a tonsil stone, though it was really big. Any ideas on what's happening here?
